Ekata Pro Insight & Shopify Guide Follow
The purpose of this article is to provide quick, step-by-step instructions on how to leverage the Ekata Pro Insight & Shopify Deep Link integration.
Requirements: In order to leverage the Pro Insight Shopify integration, you must:
- Be a Shopify customer.
- Have an active Pro Insight subscription with Identity Review enabled and at least 1 active seat (with valid login credentials). If you need a Pro Insight subscription, contact us.
- Have the Ekata Pro Insight app installed on your Shopify store.
How to Install Ekata Pro Insight Application on Shopify
Note: if you have already installed the Ekata Pro Insight integration app, please continue to the next section.
If you have not installed the Ekata Pro Insight app from the Shopify marketplace, you will need to do so before you can leverage the integration. To download the app, please click the app link below to install.
Using the Pro Insight Application in Shopify
Note: For the best experience, it’s recommended to login to Pro Insight before reviewing orders via the Ekata & Shopify integration.
Step 1: In your Shopify store admin, navigate to the “Orders” page:
Step 2: Click on the order that you would like to perform a manual review search on (please note that orders must be created after app installation).
Step 3: When on the order, click on the “More Actions” button near the top-right of the screen:
Step 4: You will see a dropdown - click on “Review with Pro Insight”
Step 5: Confirm the order you want to review, and select the “Review Order” button:
You’ll then be directed to Pro Insight Identity Review with all the required identity data fields mapped, with the search automatically entered:
