If your account is concurrently blocked Follow
With an Ekata Pro Insight account, each employee requires a designated user seat. If multiple employees are using the same user seat, you will receive an email stating that your account has been flagged for concurrent logins.
Multiple employees logging into the same user seat poses a potential security threat and will be flagged for exhibiting suspicious login activity. User logins flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended.
